Ravine Way Surgery Center (RWSC) is contracted with the majority of insurance carriers with the exception of some HMO plans. We will bill your insurance and send you a statement after your insurance has paid to notify you of any balance due according to the explanation of benefits (EOB).
We understand you may have concerns regarding your insurance benefits for your upcoming procedure. Click on the “Billing Step by Step” button for detail of how your claim will be managed by our facility and to answer many of your initial questions. We want to assure you that we are here to assist you in every way possible to alleviate those concerns. Our experienced staff will work directly with your insurance company to make all necessary arrangements on your behalf prior to surgery. The date of your procedure may change, depending on your insurance plan. Some plans may require Prior Authorization or Pre-Determination prior to your surgery. Some plans may take up to 15 days for the approval process.
